systems368 was formally established in 2013, initially providing systems analysis and software conversions for small and large organisations across the globe. Bus and coach operators predominantly engaged our services - although - along the way, we have enjoyed exposure to other industries including mining, freight and hospitality.
We have highly skilled software engineers, business analysts and systems deployment technicians; individuals with global experience in the bus and coach industry, mining, waste disposal, hospitality, financial markets risk and business management. Collectively, our team brings decades of experience in business and systems analysis, UX design, telemetry, machine learning, software architecture and computer (systems) engineering.

We believe that software must do what it says - it must be great at it and superbly functional (24/7). It must provide a flexible user-solution that is fit-for-purpose for each client’s unique business philosophy and operational procedures. Yes – systems368 can do this!
We offer genuine scalability for “small-busy” teams and “big-busy” teams. Our modular pricing means that you only pay for the principal module(s) of your choosing, which we ship with a suite of supporting sub-modules - useful for managing employees, operator compliance, incident reporting, driver training, fleet, customer and passenger profiles, to name a few.
We segregate operational and capital expenditure to where it belongs - in our client’s preferred financial accounting system. Integration to and from foqus247 operations and workshop with accounting software such as Xero, Myob and Microsoft Dynamics 365, is included.
We have partnered with Multispares to create a B2B buy-and-pay-as-you-go parts procurement solution. Pay for what you need, when you need it, regardless of who runs the workshop (in-house or sub-contracted).
For larger organisations, a B2B consignment option is available.

We use data to extract insights into what is happening in heavy vehicle fleet utilisation and operations across Australia. We apply mathematics, statistical facts, machine learning and computer engineering to analyse huge amounts of data.
In our world, data is king. The analysis of data helps us to find simple ways to solve complex problems. It stops “molehills” turning into “mountains”. It helps organisations to be strategic in their business and operational approach, and is useful for tracking the results of decisions – the every-day kind or the business-changing kind!
